This policy explains what information SBW HR Consulting (“I”, “me”) collects through https://sbwhr.com and how it is used. It is written in plain English on purpose. Draft for client review before launch.
What I collect
Contact form. When you send a message I receive the name, business, email address, optional phone number, the service you selected, and the message itself. That information is emailed to me and used only to reply to you and, if we work together, to set up the engagement.
Phone and email. If you call or email me directly, I keep the ordinary records a small business keeps: call logs, voicemail and email correspondence.
Analytics. The site uses Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how the site performs. These tools collect device and browser information, approximate location from your IP address, and interactions such as clicks on the phone number or the contact form. I use this information in aggregate; I do not use it to identify individual visitors.
What I do not do
- I do not sell or rent your information.
- I do not add you to a newsletter or mailing list unless you ask.
- I do not share your information with anyone except the service providers below, and only to run this site.
Service providers
The site is hosted on Vercel. Contact form messages are delivered by Resend, an email delivery service. Analytics are provided by Google and Vercel. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and security terms.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish returning visitors. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.
Retention
Contact form messages are kept as ordinary business correspondence. If you would like me to delete a message you sent, email sarah@sbwhr.com and I will.
Your choices
You can ask me at any time what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email sarah@sbwhr.com or call (727) 280-6769.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will be updated.
