Largo sits in the center of Pinellas, and its employers look different from the beach towns on either side: light manufacturing and distribution along the Ulmerton and Starkey corridors, electrical, HVAC and construction contractors, and a dense cluster of medical offices, clinics and home-health agencies serving one of the oldest populations in Florida.
